Ford Bartholow - Mr. Bartholow is the Managing Partner of Longview Merchant Banc and was previously a co-managing partner of George K. Baum Capital Partners, L.P. and a managing director with Banc of America Capital Investors ("BACI"). While at Banc of America, BACI invested approximately $375 million in 40 companies. Mr. Bartholow has sponsored 21 private equity investments, totaling over $140 million. From 1987 through 1992, Mr. Bartholow was an investment banker in Continental Bank’s Capital Markets Group, where he focused on advising the bank’s corporate clients on capital raising efforts. He was advisor on more than 30 transactions totaling more than $1 billion during that time. Prior to joining Continental Bank, Mr. Bartholow was with Arthur Andersen & Co., where he was a manager in the corporate tax group. Mr. Bartholow earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Mr. Bartholow is also a certified public accountant. He is currently a director of Hi-Tech Manufacturing, LLC and Johnny’s Fine Foods. He has also been a director of twelve other private companies.

Barton VanderBurg - Mr. VanderBurg has significant principal investing, mergers and acquisitions and operating experience. During his career, Mr. VanderBurg has completed mergers & acquisitions transactions with an aggregate value of approximately $2.5 billion and has assisted with debt and equity financings totaling in excess of $1.8 billion. Prior to joining Longview Merchant Banc, Mr. VanderBurg was a Principal with Banc of America Capital Investors, an Associate with Glencoe Capital, LLC and a Senior Associate at Windward Capital Partners, L.P. He has additional private equity experience as a consultant to Shamrock Capital Advisors, Inc., Waud Capital Partners, L.L.C. and Legato Partners. During this time, he invested over $200 million in eleven investments in middle market companies. Mr. VanderBurg was previously Chief Financial Officer of Intelligent Reasoning Systems, Inc. and Director of Manufacturing Business Development of Tycom Corporation. Mr. VanderBurg began his career as a Financial Analyst with First Boston Corporation advising companies on mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. Mr. VanderBurg received a BBA summa cum laude in Finance and Accounting from The University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Mr. VanderBurg is a certified public accountant. He is currently a director of Hi-Tech Manufacturing, LLC, a former director of Four Leaf Textiles, LLC and instructor of Entrepreneurial Finance at the Keller Graduate School of Management.

Timothy Weaver - Mr. Weaver is an Operating Partner of Longview Merchant Banc and the Chief Executive Officer of Hi-Tech Manufacturing, LLC. Mr. Weaver has over 20 years of high technology manufacturing operations and team development experience in the medical, industrial, electronics, telecommunications, and utilities industries. His competencies include lean manufacturing, statistical process control, total quality management, international sourcing, project management, turnaround management and activity based costing. Mr. Weaver was Director of Operations for Accellent Corporation and has served as Chief Operating Officer of Intelligent Reasoning Systems, Inc., Senior Vice President of Operations at Tycom Corporation, Vice President of Operations at Newport Corporation and Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Praegitzer Industries. Mr. Weaver has had direct responsibilities for operations ranging in sales from $10 - $150 million and has managed facilities in North America, South America, Asia, and Europe. Mr. Weaver received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Kennedy Western University and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
